Riding From the Heart
Have you ever wondered how to the Equine Experiential Learning model translates to riders? Have you wanted to bring yourself more fully present in the saddle and rekindle the joy of riding that may have faded due to anxiety or fear? Have you wanted to give your horse more freedom under saddle but resist the urge to do so because of doubt, either in yourself or in your horse?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions and want to transform your relationship with your horse in the saddle then join us for our new Riding Focused Workshops. These workshops are designed specifically to help you learn to listen differently, connect more fully to your horse and achieve mutual partnership and relationship. During our Riding Through the Heart Workshop, facilitators trained in the Epona Approach to Riding will guide participants through a series of ground based and mounted exercises to deepen your connection with your horse, inspire joy and freedom, and help you move past any limiting thoughts or belief patterns that interfere with your connection to your equine partner. We take the power of the EponaQuest work directly into the saddle. Participants can bring their own horses to our facility where they will be housed in a 12x12 stall with a run. Participants bringing their own horses are advised to bring their own hay, grain and supplements for the duration of the workshop. Participants who do not have their own horse or the means to bring their horses can participate in the workshop with one of our horses that have been trained in this approach. Workshop size is limited to five participants to ensure that each rider and horse get the maximum learning out of the program. |
