Our mission at Mearas is to unlock human potential in partnership with horses.  Our programs provide a highly interactive, experiential learning modality that creates a foundation for authenticity, collaboration and empowerment. We partner with our equine guides in facilitated exercises that deepen our ability to establish trusted relationships, interact and communicate with integrity, and explore the power of being fully present.

We offer leadership and personal development programs in an accelerated learning environment where our clients learn to inspire collaboration, effectively lead and motivate teams, transform conflict into creative dialog, and navigate complex interpersonal interactions with powerful social and emotional intelligence skills.
